Terms of Service

Last updated: August 21, 2026

These terms may change as the product evolves — we'll notify existing accounts before any material change.

What Fanout does

Fanout connects your social accounts (through each platform's official login) and publishes or schedules content you create and send through the product.

Your account

You are responsible for the content you publish through Fanout and for keeping your credentials safe. We may suspend accounts used to violate the terms of the connected networks.

Plans, billing, and trial

Prices, billing period, and plan limits are shown before you subscribe. The 7-day trial requires a valid card with Stripe; charging starts only after the trial if the subscription stays active. Recurring charges are processed by Stripe.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel renewal anytime in the billing portal. Paid access continues until the end of the period already purchased. Where consumer cooling-off rules apply, requests within 7 days of the first charge receive a full refund. After that, unused time is not prorated. Duplicate or incorrect charges are corrected after support review.

Failed payment

If a charge fails, we may limit paid features until it's resolved. Workspace content is not deleted because of a failed payment; retention windows are in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and third-party platforms

Fanout depends on the APIs and rules of the connected networks. We may pause features for maintenance, security, or changes those platforms impose. We don't guarantee reach, engagement, or continuous availability of third-party services.

YouTube API

Fanout uses YouTube API Services to publish to YouTube. By using that feature you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service youtube.com/t/terms.

Deleting the account

Canceling the subscription does not delete the account. You can request an export or deletion through support; we handle it under the Privacy Policy timelines.
